Parson’s Chicken & Fish continues to earn praise, and has received plenty as of late.
Chicago Magazine recently did a small feature piece on our beloved ‘Vegetable Club’, naming it “One of the best veggie sandwiches in Chicago.”
Parson’s was also included in a national Eater piece, a survey of 15 Great Negronis That Break The Rules, including our ‘Original Negroni Slushy’, one of only two in the Midwest and Chicago’s only mention.
And then WGN News just did an amusing television segment on Parson’s, as a part of their morning news programming, one that aired earlier this week. In it, Demetrius and Marcus visit with Chef Hunter Moore (that mustache!) and Principal Bartender Charlie Schott, and then take a couple of turns (?) on our outdoor ice rink. It’s worth a watch, if you have a couple of minutes to spare.
